The Utopia studios are centrally located, just in front of the Krioneri beach.
They are set back on the first and second floor above Café Utopia where breakfast, drinks and snacks are available for those of you who prefer not to self-cater.

The Utopia apartments has a 'wow' factor! They are spacious, light and airy, with incredible panoramic view on Parga and the Ionian sea. Each apartment has it’s own private balcony, private bathroom, satellite TV and with fully-equipped open plan kitchen kitchenette.

The apartments has been decorated largely with dark wood furniture and pastel fabrics and wall colours, to make the most of the light and space.
